Location: Apparently where the Muskie aren't | It might be, that's what I'm trying to figure out. I'm trying to figure out if it is attached to the eye on the medussa or if it's some fancy design where bucktail wire that runs thru the whole medussa (I hope you understand what I mean)

Location: Apparently where the Muskie aren't | I think I heard somewhere what the regular size cow dussa (I'm assuming a regular dussa) uses DCG blades, so I think I'll go 8 on the reg and 6 on the mini. I'll get some 7 just in case. Good thing blades aren't crazy expensive. |

I'll probably need one of the fancy automatic tuna reels to get it going lol. Or maybe I'll just chuck it out and go full throttle on the 50 horse. Maybe I'll start with a shallow pounder buzzbait first. |

| Size 10 blades are for mag dawgs
Size 13 are for pounders
If you want it to look proportionate, use size 20 blades with 2 pounders.
Now the question is:
Where the hell does one finde size 20 blades? |

Location: Apparently where the Muskie aren't | I've been looking for double 20 blades for a 20" plus bucktail I want to make, if you find them let me know. I know somebody has them because I remember somebody a long time ago posted something about a double 20.
For the two pound cow I would defiantly go for the 20s, but for the 2 pound buzzbait I was just going to use a propeller from a mid sized bush plane lol. |

Location: St Paul, Minnesota | There's a really good video on here from the Vermilion Dam Lodge Outing where Matt Seifert gives some really good tips about how he makes Cow-Dussas. Look it up. I took what he said, made a few for myself and friends, and they helped put some good quality fish in the boat.

Btw, would attaching a size 20 blade to the back of a 2 pounder helidawg style provide enought resistance so that one may fish the lure in shallow water? |

| What the heck would one use to pull something like that? One of those giant electric reels they use for blue fin tuna? And casting it would be done by using a kite only slightly smaller than a hang glider with a quick release pin? |

Already tried that, blew the reel out. Think I'll just hook it to the winch on my truck and paddle it out there with a kayak. Only problem is you have to fish from shore, unless you got a boat you can park a car on. |

you mean your not putting a custom order for a Few...Might pick up a Warren Winch for the Boat so you can use the Lure..then you could troll or cast without any work...Go drop your bait...motor 50yards up stream start the winch..RepeatLOL |
