This is a problem I have with a bass rod of mine that got smashed in a trunk. It's a split grip original carrot stix. Just the butt part of the split grip broke. Do you guys know of anybody who could fix this. Thanks!
I don't have the rod with me and I'm not sure if I have photos but if I do I will post them.

Thorn Bros in Blain MN can get the job done comes down to where you live. There are rod builders all over. Where do you live if we know where you live some one will be able to point you to a rod builder in your area.

I think I found the cork peice I need on mudhole.com. Do you guys have any idea how I could get the broken cork off without damaging the blank. Thanks
Cut the cork away use an exacto knife. Carefully sand the glue/residue from blank.. apply new cork rings, and apply a little pressure onto them while glue is setting up. Then sand down to your desired diameter.
