I will be going to the M1 outing on the chain this fall and was wondering what baits should I bring or Buy this is only my second year musky fishing so I dont have as many baits as Id like. Colors,Types,Sizes any help would be greatly appreciated. Im limited to money so i want to buy baits that I will use this fall.

What ever you do, dont buy any glide baits!!! Like Jerkos or Squirkos, they wont work for you....especially in a tournament!!! Yep those things definately wont help you catch any fish. No sirreee Bob nada!!!!

Actually i have 2 squirkos. K note to self make sure to bring phantoms, undertakers and squikos.

Your a BAD BAD man, you know you secretly fish the Chain any chance you get:)

Slow moving glide baits are the ticket in the fall, something that will suspend in the water (good hang time) is a must. I personaly like the new Slammer drop belly gliders and the DDD. Phantoms and squirkos work well also.

Check out the slammer tackle website. Not sure of the address is but you can order from there. That is where I got my drop belly slammers.
