| Hi guys and girls,
So over the summer my GF's uncle and I were up fishing in Canada for musky. On one of the closing days, her uncle's leader snap came undone and off came the lure flying into the abyss. I want to get him one for xmas this year as a surprise as he really like this lure but had forgotten the name of it and cannot find it anywhere now. It was similar in look to a magic maker but the transition from the front hook into the back hook looked different, as you can see. This lure had a super erratic action to it, and the funny part was the hook up rate on it was just awful. It was a lure when he wanted to see a fish, he put on. Any leads would be GREATLY appreciated as i know he would be super stoked to have one back in his tackle box.

| I think you are describing a glide bait made by dunwright...not sure if its the dunwright dancer or a different name. They are no longer made but you can find them on ebay every so often, or maybe someone on here has one to sell or trade. |

| Wow, thank you for the timely responses.. So far the Dunwright dancer is in the lead for what it is, funny while trying to remember what the name is he spit out "Gandy Dancer". I'm gonna show the Dunwright to some friends and see if they think that is what it was as i remember it looking a little different, i'll keep you updated.
Anymore ideas are still appreciated. |

| We use the stealth tackle leaders, i believe they have the stay-lok snaps on them. Guessing he was using an old snap that should of been replaced |

| So everyone has said that both the dunwright dancer and the lundberg stalker are not the lure.. Anyone else have any suggestions? |

lol exactly what im thinking hard to identify from that pic but i wouldnt due much btr...might do google search and look at pics to help you identify lure your after |

| So I can't help you in time for Christmas but there's a slim chance I may know the bait you are looking for. It's at my parents house with all my overflow tackle and I won't be there until Christmas. I thought it was called Mad Dog or something but couldn't find it online by that name. It's height is really tall, roughly blue gill shaped. It's width is really thin though and it glides effortlessly. It was made for a couple years in bulk then discontinued. It does have a distinct taper but does not truly squiggle on the underside like the dunwright dancer so it still might not be the correct lure. It does have the low hook up success haha. Mine is black with some brown pattern on the back. If you want to PM me your phone # I can text you a picture of it when I'm able or I can post it on this forum mid next week. |

| Id take a look on ebay say couple different ones there today that look similiar to your picture...Id be shocked if you couldnt find something exact or very similiar on ebay |
