Berlands house of tools in Chicago land area has them. Also Esox Angler sells them, someone else on the board sells them too. Roughly $30-35. Worth every penny, the cheap ones last a year, these will last forever.

I got mine for $10 plus $5 shipping, used.

They are way better than any other small bolt cutters.
