| Fishings been up and down this fall for me. Started off hot, then the bite completely shut down for almost two weeks. Prior to the weekend I got out anticipating that the fish could be fired up with the pending cold front and nasty weather. Turned out to be pretty true! I started out alone at 6am. Lost one, got one, picked someone up at 9:30am, and we were 4/6 by 10:30am, when the bite shut down. It was interesting because every fish either hit right at the boat or in the last 2/3 of the cast. Normally it's at the start of the cast. The water was super clear, so I think they were following the baits and making a move as it rose to the surface, thinking it was trying to get away. Biggest fish was 48" and so, so fat. Easily my heaviest fish ever. Check out the video below of the action.
