Location: Oconomowc, WI | My parents are looking at buying a place on the chain, however it's super shallow where the dock is and my dad is worried if the water drops any lower it could be a problem for docking his boat. Does anyone know how much the water fluctuates on the chain? Any other info about the chain is much appreciated. We fished it for the first time only for a few hours yesterday and hooked into three. Thanks.

Location: Black Creek, WI | The chain is about the most stable system for water levels that I've encountered. The Burnt Rollways dam controls the level. It is not impacted by flow requirements downstream. Thus, very consistent and stable water levels can be found here. |
