Subject: Feeding Frenzy
Hey
Just thought that I would let everyone know about the weekend that I just had up here in Northern Ontario on a Medium Sized Sheild lake. We fished a total of about 15 hours the whole weekend concentrating on early morning and late day to night bites because of all of the boat traafic due to the Canada day Long weekend. In that period of time we managed to boat 11 Muskies also lost 4 nice fish. I am not sure what was going on but I think that it probably had something to do with the May fly hatch on the lake because the bait fish were jumping all over the surface eating the may flies. I know there is a article in the new muskie hunter about the Mayfly Mayham but I havent got a chance to read it yet. I am sure the steady weather we have had up here over the last few weeks helped a lot too. Did anyone else have the same luck over the weekend in northern Ontario? I wouldnt be surprised

Location: Holly, MI		I fished Lake St Clair today and there were huge masses of mayfly larva carcases. Did I miss the Meyhem? The barometer was dropping and down to about 29.78. Storm is comming tomorrow, wish I could be out there then, but I have to walk with my kids in a Parade. Did boat a nice one today and lost a bigger one. I read the article in Musky Hunter and would love to see it in action.
