| Hey everyone,
Planning on building a casting deck for the back of my Lund. Hopefully before the end of the season otherwise it will be a winter project. I'm trying to decide how best to latch the deck to my boat. For those of you that have done this, what have you found that has worked best?
Was thinking maybe a load lock bar across the front and the pressure would keep it form moving, otherwise a few hooks and a ring screw.... Just looking for tips.
Thanks |

| I have one in my Lund Explorer and it has a strap on each side with a gromet on the end and then use a wing nut to fasten the strap down. If you would like some pictures let me know. Otherwise I have also found that the weight of the platform itself is heavy enough that it stays put all the time. |

| I was able to take a extra seat base in the center and screw my plywood deck onto it . Worked great and did'nt budge at all. When not musking fishing I would hold the pin on the seat base and remove it just like removing a seat. The sides set on my two storage compartments.Used 3/4 laminated plywood and covered the whole piece with carpet glue and used matching indoor outdoor colored carpet and stapled it as well. Looked great and like it came from factory and I could store all kinds of stuff underneath as well ! Hopes this helps!

| Awesome, thanks fellas!
I'm thinking I'll go with some type of strap on the side to keep it snug. |
