Location: Lake Country, Wisconsin | I have this unit up front on my bow. As a longtime Lowrance user, I get they always don't perform optimally (to put it mildly) in weeds, but this seems just over the top bad. I constantly read nothing in any weeds under 8-10'. Half the time I get a reading, it's like 50% of the actual depth. Even struggles sometimes on a rocky bottom with up and down depth.
Is the unit this bad? Or do I maybe have some type of issue with my transducer in the Terrova? |
