Location: Metro | Wasn't able to get out this past weekend but plan to hit them hard the next few weeks. Had some college friends up to the cabin over the weekend.
When are people starting to throw suckers? I was considering in the next week or two. |

| We are ALONG ways away from sucker fishing. Water temps are still in the 70's
I start using suckers when the water is under 60 |

| Didn't get to fish this weekend, but I did get to enjoy the fruits of my labor hanging out on stage with this guy for an entire concert, so it wasn't all bad...

Is that one of the Jonas brothers?
Who?
Here's another shot I took that might paint a clearer picture...

Still looks like a goat poker...
"Goat poker" is too ffensive. The PC term is "country music aficionado" |

| If it's not steel panther or myles kennedy I'm not interested.
Tonka saturday AM - saw 4 and landed a thick 35" pike
Sunday - Indy for 2.5hrs in the gale force winds. saw 5, had 2 eat. I'd call it more "boat controlling" than fishing. |

Location: Metro | Went out on Tonka last night for about 3-4 hours. Thought it was the perfect conditions but ended up seeing nothing. I'm fishing shallow like I should be but cant seem to find fishing. Been a disappointing few weeks for me. |

| Finally started to move fish on blades again, three in the boat over the last three days. 46, 44.75, 42. Had several fish follow hot and miss the bait in the 8's. Frustrating, yet cool to see all at the same time. |

Location: With my son on the water | Yesterday day was fantastic until the sky cleared. I stuck my 7th fish in 2 days one being a 50. Got 6 of them on the 8, several charged hard and missed the bait only to come back multiple times. All were on the outside edge of the weeds.
68 degree water temp last night and the air temp got down to 41 last night with it forecast to get cooler tonight. The word turn over is coming to mind!
After a tough couple weeks the fish finally moved for me. |

Location: Hayward, WI | Heating up (cooling down?) for sure. Didn't get to fish that much but had a 46.5 and 48 last weekend. Both were caught in the first 10 minutes of the day on short trips. Both on Mag Dawgs, though they typically don't seem to be terribly picky at this time of year. |

Location: Already Gone | Congrats on that fish Slamr...nice one.
Good weekend to be out for sure. Other than Saturday morning, the weather was almost too nice. Sunscreen was mandatory. Found the water temps around 67-68 on the lakes we were on in Northern Vilas. Had to switch the game plan a bit to a deeper mode on Sunday, and it paid off ok. Not basin deep, but outside the edges which threw my mindset off a bit. Monday was the same, really nice results overall.
I'm also finding that feeding windows are lasting longer.
Didn't tear anything up or off, and had a broasted chicken dinner at Gooch's on Sunday night that was almost better than Mom's. Rock on. |

| Great detailed report mark, I'm guessing you caught a 34 and a 37 and seen a few others or maybe you got 8 between 40 and 48. Why bother posting |

He told you the pattern he was fishing, kinda more important that what he caught, wouldnt you say?
And be very careful with these kinda comments...you're borderline "not too nice" here. |
