Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | The 25th annual KWM out of Gerrits Lakeview Inn on HWY G is underway this morning at 7 AM on Pelican Lake, WI. A field of 99 teams l hit the water in search of the winning muskies.
Proceeds will go to the Marshfield, WI Ronald McDonald House. We have an overall goal to beat last year's donations of over $10900.00, and with the help of a tremendous group of supporting sponsors and the generosity of the anglers fishing this event and fans in attendance, we may just do that!
A cold front went through morning and will plow by this early afternoon, generating strong NW winds which are currently in the 15 to 20 mph range, showers, and slowly clearing conditions through the day. There could be some excellent actions at times throughout the day due to the frontal conditions, but so far the bite has been sporadic.
Stand by for regular video and images, and catch updates from the water, weather permitting. The awards ceremony and raffle will begin at around 6 PM.

It looks like with last night's fund raiser/rules meeting at Gerrits and today so far before the final raffles, we are halfway to last year's totals for the Ronald McDonald House in Marshfield!
