My line guide moves when I retrieve the line but when I cast the line guide doesn't move. I noticed on my winch that the line guide moves on the cast. Is my toro s broke? Thanks?

It's not broken. The disengaging levelwind on the new generation of Revo Toro's is one of the many differences between them and the previous generation (NaCl, Winch, & Revo Toro).
