| Any one know if 494 going North to 94 is open going around the cites yet. I'm talking around the twin cites in MN. Thanks |

Location: Lino Lakes, MN | 494 is always open to traffic. However the large project is not set to finish until this fall. Try to time it to not hit peak traffic and you should be good. I have driven it in the past non peak and it takes a little longer.
I use the g maps app and it gives me fastest routes around the construction projects.

| I take 494 N up to 94 every morning for work and do just fine at 7:00am. However, any time past noon I've traveled south I have noticed that 494 N is backed up almost the whole stretch. Check the traffic on your phone or the MN DOT site before you head out, they are accurate. |
