Headed up to the Miltona area for a day of fishing and was curious if anyone knows which lakes in the area during the end of July would be best? I know West battle, lobster and Miltona have healthy populations, but was curious if during the end of July which lake people would recommend fishing?

Not looking for anyones spots just hoping to be on the right lake. Feel free to pm me if you would prefer to not post about it.

Thanks

Supposed to storm up there middle of the week and bring temps down. As of yesterday, Miltona and West Battle were the ones with good release temps. 74 to 77. That being said only one lazy skinny fella came to take a look at the boat. Good luck to you.

Any news lately? What are water temps like in the area, my parents just moved to the area so I'll be headed down to explore Lobster/Miltona/Oscar for my first time next weekend. Pm's are welcome. Thanks

I've never been on Oscar... Lobster will likely be a nasty green color this time of year. Miltona would be my choice of the three.
