My daughter lost hers into the drink - She now has her Dad's on her reel - Her Dad would like to use his again and is wondering where to get one - Any ideas?

So get this - I do the above and their sending me 2 - Free - as in no charge - I would call that OUTSTANDING customer service and my opinion of Daiwa, already high, has grown even fonder - - - -
