Looking into putting a ulterra on my boat but was wondering if anyone has had issues In colder weather with the auto stow and deploy.

Ive been using it for a year and am very happy with it. The power trim is also a great advantage.

I haven't had mine long but it's beyond wonderful. Works perfect. Spotlock is more reliable than my previous Terrova, and stow/deploy is simply amazing

I've had mine since this spring...coldest I've fished has been mid 40s...no issues so far.
Spot lock works fine...but you need to think through the process of how you engage it...get the boat pointed into the wind and stopped (or close to stopped) before you engage Spot Lock.

I'm interested too..mainly wondering how well the stow/deploy works in late fall...cold, snowy, icy sub 32 temps
