Fished there last weekend. 20 hours in the boat resulted in two lazy follows. Fish were scattered according to the locals.....

And of coarse while trailering my boat a guy caught a 45 " from the dock....

We fished the west end on Monday and Tuesday and drew a blank. All we caught was a couple small northerns.

On the west end of the lake lies a mythical creature called the silver fox. Find his lair, and leave an offering of cigars and alcohol. Wisdom you will find there.

Was up last week. Its was a planned multi-species trip but we fished muskies about half the time. Trolled a lot of open water with no rips. Casting, best weeds we found were in the bay behind Treasure Island and Van Ryper up close to the dam. There are some fish in there but you have to cover a lot of water for any action. The weeds in Van Ryper come way out past the mouth of the bay, its worth spending some time on. Several lazy follows on gliders. Had two fish blow a fat boy out of the water. Mini dussas got some attention too. Put your time in and you can catch some fish.
