Location: central Wisconsin		I've got a 1996 25 hp Evinrude that will not charge the starting battery. I run two graphs off the same battery. After two days or so the battery will not turn over the motor. I replaced the rectifier and noticed running at full throttle my graph will read 12.2 volts, shut her down though and it reads 11.5 - 11.7. The battery is two years old. I fish small lakes so the motor runs typically for short periods of time and if I troll the graph still reads under 12 volts.
Any ideas?

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		Sounds like it isn't keeping up because it's not running enough. I had the same problem and installed a second smaller deep cycle connected to the start battery. Run accessory leads to the deep cycle and charge both by hooking battery charger to start battery every few trips. No issues since.
