Rubber mallet to the side of it. If that doesn't work use a larger and larger hammer until it does. You're probably going to destroy it in the process.

I put a metal scraper down flat against the epoxy and hit it with a hammer being careful not to gouge into the glass. After removal I lightly sanded the area until it was a uniform flat white/gray, cleaned it with denatured alcohol and installed the new transducer.

Is it shot? If not, can you install the new one next to it and just neatly coil up the cord? So the next owner has choices of in hull transducers?
i like that idea better than the hammer one ! first fiberglass boat and do not want to go to fiberglass school yet ! i will look for any space near it .thanks
