Location: Montgomery,Illinois
Im fishing a lake that is only like 76 acres and the water temp is already above 80 degrees and the dnr killed the weed the lakes max depth is 20ft. I am looking for any tips at all.

Best tip is to stay off the lake untill the water temps go back down below 80 as warm water temps are bad for fish especialy with no deep cold water anywhere in the lake.

Jake, just be careful. No more than a couple seconds out of the water. Keep in mind, 80 degrees is probobly surface temp.

I was told not to tell
By the way the group i was with landed 1 in 12 hours the fish was 36in and very healthy. we only had one other follow. The fish released very well.
