Wow! I just replaced the bearings in 2 of my Calcuttas with Ceramics.
They really do make a difference. Not only do they cast farther with less effort, but they also make cranking alot easier.

Another way to give your reel a whole new feel.................

I got a set from Cabelas and one from Hatteras Outfitters. I perfer the Cabelas(about 6 bucks cheaper) they seem a little better than the Rocket brand from HO.
