| I used the new kvd 8.0 crank this year in a couple different situations and it's did quite well, For a bass bait this thing has some thump. I used it in some clear shallow rivers with a large population of blue gill and rock bass. I would imagine it would be a good alternative to the guys casting rattle baits on southern reservoirs. Anyone else had success with this bass bait? |

| I use the Strike King XD 10 Crank Bait and it works great for downsizing for Musky. Its well built and can get down deep on casts. Its a little bigger than the 8.0 with a much bigger lip... |

| I ran the 8.0 on my rattle bait set up 50lb braid and single strand stealth leader with no snap and it would crank down to about 4ft. |
