Location: Chicago, IL | Hey guys. Mercury just sent me a chance to extend my factory warranty with their platinum warranty. My factory warranty is 3 years and I can extend it for an additional 5 years for around 1500 bucks. So my warranty coverage would last until 2022. The engine is a 2014 150 hp four stroke.
Does anyone have any experience with this warranty coverage?
Should I go for it?
