Got a great deal on these two reels....from Amazon---saved around two hundered verses R&H /Cableas/ Bass Pro etc.....

But my question--if someone gave you the two new Beasts in 4.9 & 6.2 which rods would you put them on....

Im prettty sure I know what Im getting----but have not bought the rods yet--looking for some feedback....

How much do you want to spend can buy a TI or you can have custom rods made . Me I would go to Thorn Bros talk to Lonnie and have rods built.

Definitely blades---10s, Jrs, and some smaller showgirls, Buchertails, Musky Marbou's etc.....

Also the usual rubber/soft plastic and big minow baits...Plus Topwaters, all the usual standard baits that are in most boats....Jerbaits Phantoms, Bobbies, Suicks, etc....

The Big Nasty was in my thoughts for sure.....just wondering what others are using that I might be missing....
