| Just thinking of all the nice people I have met through fishing over the years. Jason Smith is one of the best. Steve Worrall has been very true to me. When I had my back surgery, SpongeBob sent me a nice care package even though we had never shared a boat. I met John Nesse, and he is one of the finest. My old boat resides with John Olstadt and seems to be treating him well. Don't get me wrong, I think quite a few of the people fishing muskie just don't get it. However the friendships and memories I have gained are all worth it. Recently I have gotten to know Marc Thorpe, who has turned out to be a fantastic guy and tought me somethings about muskie I would have never thought of. With all that is going on, I still think we have it pretty good. Good luck this fall...Ben Remer | |

| Was very nice to for sometime be able to fish with you. We had some great times on Pewaukee, Fox chain and Kinkead. But with the internet and this site, good freinds are still only a couple of key stokes away..
I hope you stick a good one this fall, We will have you on as a chat room guest this winter.. Always a good time.[] | |

| Sorry Slamr, huge oversight...Everyone should fish with you, as even a 30 incher becomes large by comparison...Ben | |

| HEy Hey Hey! Slmr, you should change your name to Rodney....Mr. dangerfield that is!!
I hear rumors that Andrew catches muskies but I have yet to see proof of that!
Just ribbing ya! Slmr is a hoot to fish with, great guy too!
And this Remer guy.....Talk about a guy who would give his left arm to try and help you catch a fish....
I have to agree I have met some great guys over the last couple years from the meassage boards who have all been top notch guys....Love to see it!

| The people I have met on the board and as a result of the board are really cool folks, if not just a bit unbalanced....Be cool out east, Ben. | |

| I couldn't agree more with you Ben. Too bad you ducked out of the bar before we got a chance to meet in Chicago though. In the last couple years I have met a good number of you, and I'm convinced that you couldn't find a better group of people. CPainter, Steve Worrall, Capt Larry, MNEsox, Steve Cady, Steve Petree, just to name a few. All great guys. I even bought Slamr a beer once (although if the lawman comes to my door, I'll deny ever meeting him).
Looking forward to seeing you all again soon, and meeting more good people in Chicago.
There was one guy, in a big sparkly boat on Cass Lake though...ah, we'll save that story for another time. Besides, I'm sure he doesn't read the bbds.
