Hey all,
Real quick before first light. The current conditions on Webster as of the hour and a half I had last night before I had to roadside assist MrsB and the kids.. (Coolant line blew on the truck)
Water temps:
Main lake basins - 51-53F
Shallows 53-58F
No-wake zone to backwaters- 58F
Very little weed growth, water is still murky in most areas.
I didn't move anything in the shallows but I was marking classic arcs on the 'bird in deep water at the 15-17' depths in 30 FOW.

Thanks guys! And a big thanks to Ben (MuskyFix) for making some INCREDIBLE baits!!! She was certainly a state record class fish! Wasn't in front of any launches but I have boated several quality fish in this area. It's just a mini point off a long straight stretch of basically nothing. She certainly caught me by surprise!!

I didn't but using my muskisbumper as a rough estimate I'm guessing 24-25. Definitely fat fat fat full of eggs. Surprised she didn't spawn as the tail end of spawn was last weekend in our lakes.

Nice fish for sure! There will be plenty of pre spawn fish till May. A lot of these Indiana fish spawn at completely different times...some do in late March...some do in April and some do in May...some don't spawn at all and hold their eggs.
