Anyone ever Muskie fish this lake? I just bought a piece of property out there, and have heard it has muskies, but I'mwonder if its worth targeting them. I can't seem to find any stocking reports on this lake and don't know if it has a fishable population. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Thanks Slamr, appreciate the search. I'm looking for a little more current info, as I think the lake has flooded out at least once since 2008.

I got a stocking report from the new man in charge yesterday. Doesn't appear that Muskies have been stocked since 1985. He went on to say they will be consulting with a guy Joe Rush and he will be doing a survey and sampeling of the lake in May and later in the Fall. Joe will then come up with a report to generate a plan for the next 5 - 10 years for the lake. If you own property out on ACL let them know that you would like to see muskies be part of their lake plan. Shaun Nordlie is the new man in charge and his email is [email protected]
