| I sent them an email asking if I could get a new spring for my cutters as mine fell out and I lost it. They emailed me a form and told me to send my tool in. A week later a brand new tool arrived at my door free of charge! Apparently Knipex takes their lifetime warranty seriously. My tool was 8 or so years old. Gotta love that! |
