On-line for me because of the selection.

Most of my purchases have been at the Musky Expos.

I am only about 25 minutes from Rollie and Helens. I like looking at equipment, checking it for quality before I buy.

I am lucky ... I live close to Thorne Bros and during the summer fish close to Rollie and Helens. Both are fantastic resources to have access to.

I'll buy online if its a lure/equipment I have purchased and used in the past.

For first time purchases, I prefer the store so I know exactly what I'm purchasing.  This is especially true for new releases.

Not familiar with "Musky Gear". Is that an online source? Can you share the address please?

Thanks

I try to buy in stores when I can, but the nearest musky shop is nearly 60 miles away, so I end up buying a lot online.

Blue Ribbon Bait and Tackle if I am in the Minneapolis/St Paul area. Best prices in the Twin Cities. Great owner and staff too. Nice thing is, if your too far away you can go online:

If ever fishing up in northern WI, R&H Musky shop. Almost impossible to drive passed it, almost like the truck pulls itself into the lot, and a guaranteed $60 every time lol. otherwise shows is my time to stock up on what i "need" for the year.

I'm 20 min from Thorne Bros, Blue Ribbon, Joe's, Gander, Fleet Farm, and Cabela's, but I typically buy at shows as at this point I mostly go for the custom colors. If I need a leader or some hooks then I run to the store.
