Location: Algonquin, ILL | Ok folks I know it's still early but how about planning a Big Fish Pool for this outing, I thought we would keep it simple and low cost so that everybody can join in if they choose here's how it would work
Daily: $2.00 per person each day (Sunday - Friday) Big fish of the Day wins the Daily pool, If in the unlikley chance that no one gets a fish the Daily pool for that day will be added to the weekly Pool
Weekly: $4.00 per person for the week, Biggest fish of the week wins.
With this the max cost out of your pocket is $20.00 but if only 20 folks participate each day and the weekly you could win up to $400.00
What are your thoughts?

| Mikie,
You're gonna want to get in the pool the day you and I fish together! You see, I know of a supertanker that ate the rear hook off my favorite Reef Hawg! I aim to get her in the net this year! |

Last night I got an E-amil asking what I would do about a tie, I think that in case of a tie the entire group would decide the winner based on the most entertaining story about the catch, How's that sound

Location: Athens, Ohio | Yo, Shep. I have NO DOUBT that I'm a-gonna hang a hog when we go. I will do it for the pleasure of the catch, the thrill of the release, and not for the guilt of taking your money. In my experience, mixing money and fishing produces unpleasant results. Like BASS tournaments. m |

| Mikie-
You already have the wrong attitude about the money thing. It's the fishing that's the draw. Winning one of the pools would just be a bonus. I'm in but don't expect to take any money from anyone. If I do, good deal! If I don't, I'll still expect to have a great week.

| Look for Tommy James and the Shondells to provide nightly entertainment singing one of their biggest hits "______ ______"...can anyone guess what song that might be???
**In the original post, I had spelled the word "their", "there", thus the edited post to correctly spell the word "their", changing it from "there" to "their". For some odd reason, I now feel the reason to explain everything I do...wonder why?

| Unfortunately no...the wives gave us a choice...this trip or sacrifice the annual coastal freezer trips in Oct. and Nov...no way am I trading 2 for 1! I will still plead me case, but the chances are slimbo to nonebo...:(. At any rate, I will mentally participate in the festivities and not give up battling the chains by which the wife has me bound! |
