I know it's posted in the other thread but more might see it here...It might not matter much but let's not give the legislators/musky haters any more ammo...

seems like the poll hit 125 no votes and stopped.. maybe someone at the paper that doesn't like muskies didn't want it to be a lopsided win for the muskies and closed the poll??!! maybe the editor doesn't like muskies... ! interesting..

I had the same issue when using Google Chrome. I tried opening the link with Internet Explorer and was able to vote that way.

it hit 125 no votes and stopped... but now seems to be back up... interestingly it opened back up after I emailed the editor asking why it was closed..

How do you cast your vote - clicking all over it doesn't take me to anywhere I can vote. Is it shut down again?

It's up to 241 no votes, but I cannot vote either. I will try a little later.

I did send the email blast to the list of house members from the other post. I didn't get one reply.

I did also send a email to Matt Dean. He is my state rep, but wasn't on the list in the other email. I met his brother Dan years ago at the MN Musky Alliance. I haven't heard back from Matt either.

I hope that everyone who is voting is also sending emails to the Reps and Senators. 300 emails about the same subject in one day might open a few eyes.

Keep the support going!

I really like that article. And, how many lake property owners are actually Anderson's constituents. Then again, reason doesn't abound much out in the real world.

That is a very well written arictle. Even though I've already emailed all state reps with no response I will be emailing this link also. So true. Why do property owners think they own the lake? Ugh

I urge everyone that voted no for this little poll on the Outdoor News website also continues to email our Senators. I'm sure most are but I really don't think this poll is going to help sway the vote. Please keep the emails coming.
