Yes, anyone can participate. Each team picked is scored as a 'top ten' only, so pick the teams you think will finish  in the top ten. If one chooses the team that takes first place, scoring is 101 minus the finish order, so first place gets 100 points. If one chooses a team that finishes 12th, no points are awarded. 

There is a championship, also, with the qualifiers able to play during the PMTT Championship this fall. Great prizes, and a bit of friendly competition are the benefits.
