Heading up to the Big V in a little less than a week and was wondering if anyone had current reports on water conditions and/or fish activity? Anything will be appreciated. Thanks.

Woody,

Also check out the FishingMinnesota.com site. It has excellent report sections that compliment this site. Where are you staying? I'm heading up on the 19th of July.Staying at Muskego Point resort. Good luck and keep us posted.

Woody, I'm also heading up to the "Big V" next week. If find any info please fill me in. Maybe I'll see you there?
Thanks

Hey guys,
There has been lots of activity in the weeds and on the rocks this week. Not much topwater action yet but it ain't far away.

Water temps are way up compared to last year at this time, mid to upper 60's and even some 70's are common right now.

Bucktails and spinnerbaits are in demand right now, but I have also done well on medium size jerkbaits and minnow style cranks.
Have a great vacation guys!!!
