What specific color orange is that on the top of the lure? What brand paint?

Createx pearl copper dots shot through a mask and then painted over with Polytranspar bright yellow lacquer (which actually has a slight orange cast.) This particular lure had 4 mask levels so there's a lot of color interactions going on.
