| I'm insatlling an 80 lb 24 volt terrova using 60 amp circuit breaker and wiring to two deep cycle batteries in the bow battery storage of my new Freedom 180 tiller. I'd also like to run a transom 70 lb 24 volt Motor Guide (using 6 guage wire and a 50 amp breaker) on the same 2 batteries . Is there any thing wrong with this setup? Has anyone else done this and how does it work? Would it be better to use 2 different batteries for the transom motor? Obviously I'm wanting to reduce the weight and the space use of two more batteries. |

Location: Hayward, WI | It should work. Only issue would be if running both trolling motors hard at the same time the batteries would drain really fast. |

| Should be fine, my old warrior was wired from the factory this way. |

| I just added a 4th battery for my boat. As a long time drag racer and fisherman, I would recommend 4 gauge wire. You wouldn't think so.....but makes a big difference. |
