Subject: Best Batteries for 24volt Terrova Trolling Motor?

My owner's manual says I need 2-12volt batteries with an amphour rating of 115 to operate efficiently.
What size and type would you guys suggest?

Location: Contrarian Island		do a search, there are lots of threads on batteries..... I have had good luck with 31 size AGMs from Farm and Fleet, no maintenance.

Location: Kodiak, AK		Consensus is get the biggest that'll physically fit in your boat. I've run Interstates and they've done well for me over the last decade.

I am starting my 5th season with a pair of Interstate SRM-27 batteries for my 24-volt Terrova. They have been outstanding. I keep the onboard charger plugged in throughout the cold months and I'm sure that has extended battery life.
