Location: Algonquin, ILL | I was out on LE Toilet Bowl Sat, did not see a single fish but Bikini season seems to be starting saw a few nice ones.
Mcdermits has been sold and is under new management the new name is
"Thirsty Turtle" Launch pricing has not changed $10.00 for boats and $15.00 for jet Skis, The launch is still very shallow, I had to back my truck up all the way to the rear tires just to float the boat

Location: Holly, MI | Casted till every lure was properly washed off without raising a ski (2 big smallies fell tho). Tried a little trolling and popped a fat 42 incher with a jointed crackle frog in the prop-wash. Was partners rod so no fish for me. Was after storm night before so we were happy with one. Swam away strong. |

Location: Bemidji, MN- | I wanted to fish the opener 6-8 a.m. Saturday because that was shown as a feeding window on my calendar. I spread rock on my driveway the previous afternoon and absolutely couldn't get up when my alarm went off at 5. You shoulda heard the groaning! I did manage to get up and on the lake by 7:45. I had my musky about 5 minutes later. It was on a spot where I had lost a huge fish two weeks earlier while I was trolling Shad Raps for walleyes. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same fish - 38" and thin, but a lot of fun nevertheless. Nothing else in the remaining 4 hours I fished.

| 45" er, Lake Bemidji, 15 minutes before moonrise on Saturday... She was a beauty, even though my netman tried to knock it off out of spite...
After a long day casting on Saturday, my hands/arms/neck told me not to go out on Sunday, so instead I caught some sunnies....

Location: Pelican Lake/Three Lakes Chain | I thought it was going to be a great day Saturday. Boated a 35.5 on the second cast of the trip. I had shots at two more after that, but that first one was the only one in the boat. We managed to move 11 more fish but nothing else wanted to eat. I was always told that a dog that craps fast doesn't crap long and Saturday proved that theory. |

| Fished with Pappa Joe all weekend here in da yoop. Yesterday was 6 hours of cold rain and not a sign of a musky. The day before I had 2 follows and a 37" in the boat and Joe had 2 follows.

Location: Hugo, Mn | Fished Cass for the 1st time. My 16yr old son caught a 46" on his 3rd cast (kiss of death). Didn't catch another all weekend. Did see 10 others but no biters.

Location: Oconto Falls, WI | Caught 2 36" on a Triple D, and 1 38" on a Mepp Giant Killer. Lost one other fish around 41-42" on a Mepps Giant Killer at boatside from what I think was a cutoff by the gill plate. |

Location: MPLS, MN | Got out Sunday. Saw one huge fish. Chocked on the 8. Got a bunch of nice pike 4-10 pound range. Overall a good day. |
