Has anyone used the baby Beaver or Beaver Xl looking for feedback on the lures. They seem very well put together.

watch the videos of the baits in the water that they have online. It just makes sense that they'd get bit.
try hitting up Joe Hadlock or Coty Pihlaja on facebook - they've probably put more time in on these baits than most of the rest of muskiedom combined. I know i will be throwing mine a lot this season.

So I picked up one of these recently, do I have to worry about what the tail comes in contact with?

With your average Medusa, Bulldawg, SuperD, Shack Attack, no.... BUT keep it away form the old super stretch Shack Attack lures, ANY foam type lures (walleye floating jigs, etc). Plastisol is usually OK sitting next to other plastisol. With that said, some do "bleed" so don't put all of your bright colors next to a white tail in a tackle box on your 140F deck Rainbow tails coming soon...

Do not let the plastic head come in contact with the tail or any other soft plastics. I won one last fall and had the bait folded up in a bag. The tail had melted a print into the head. I caught it time from wrecking it. Looking forward to using it on a beaver infested flowage I fish.
