How much is the yearly fee, and which campground? What is the boat docking/beaching situation? Thanks!

I would also be interested in knowing where the camper is located and what the yearly fees are. Also, where in southwest WI. are you located? I am from the area also.
Thanks, Ken

YES it's cheap, not awful ..... NO to other 3 questions.
It's fine.
Rent has been around $1,850 the past few yrs. due by May 1.
There is also a Max Price on this forum I had to stay under, and I want it sold so I can move on. I figured this site (my favorite) was my best target audience for where camper is at.
When I resort to Craigs or have to move it off seasonal site to sell- I will ask more $$.
Thanks
-Jon

Not a bad price and if you spend two weeks up there a year it pretty much pays for itself. If he throws in the tv it's like getting the camper for free!

You know it!! That's what I am thinking. Plus a guy could afford some weekend trips without much cost!

What kind of shape are the tire in? I have a property in Three Lakes and might be interested in buying it and moving it to my property.

As far as I can tell they are fine. Not splitting or cracking much at all. I will try to look closer if I get up there this weekend- but am pretty sure they're fine.

That would be appreciated. It's about 150 miles from my cabin one way so I wouldn't
want to drive all that way and be surprised. We (my brothers and I ) are interested.
More photos would also help if you can. I will PM my email address and cel phone if you want to send some more pics
