I haven't been up there yet due to work and surgery to take my Appendix out which really sucked, but I was wondering how everyone was doing. My uncle is up there now and had a lot of lazy follows from small fish and a nice 40+ follow hard only to turn away all on High and Fishtrap. He's getting back so I can let everyone know how he did. Also, any other lakes in that area that you've hit that did anything?

Thanks,

We were in the area this weekend, and didn't do very well. We got two fish (43, 37) on Friday, and that was it. We saw a lot of fish on Saturday, and a couple of fish on Sunday. We burned four fish on Saturday, so it was our fault that we didn't catch anything.

Most of the fish we saw came from 4 - 6 feet of water on jerkbaits (Suicks, Burts, Magic Makers) and topwaters (Jackpot and Topraider).  Find the weeds, and you'll find the fish.
