Overall, I thought my video looked better with a filter on. I used this one.

I also applied rain-x to the outside of the lens and housing and rain-x fog protector to the inside of the lens and housing. Once I had the space between the housing and the filter fill up with water which ruined some footage. I might have dunked it underwater and forgot to take the filter off but I forget.

^^ I like that Polarizer, too. But, it doesn't work so well in the water, as mine took on water pretty quick, too.

I like the Snake River prototyping one a lot better than the polar pro. The SRP is sealable and allows you to use any standard filter you want. The polar pro is tough to keep clean and fog free.
