Location: Big Lake, MN | I just want to let you know that I'm not a computer whiz. But what works for me is clearing my cache. If your using internet explorer go to tools, internet options, temporary internet files and click settings then view files. Delete all files (they are just temporary internet files). You could also clear your history. This has worked for me in the past. You may already know this information and if so, please disregard.
