Location: oswego, il | I have tried the middle finger trick with a backlash. It doesn't fix it but it does ease some.frustration.
Sled you think leadcore.can be tricky, try copper. Guys tie one or two colors on leadcore to the copper to get it started! |

Come to think of it I did tug on the t.p. roll a bit hard one time.. |

| I've used this with all of my bait casters from bass reels with 12lb floro up to a TranX with 100lb braid. It works for them all! |

I gotta see this to believe it!!
I don't get many backlashes and can pick out the odd ones I do get fairly quickly but I'll try this next season and appreciate it if it works!

| Will have to try this. This time of the year with colder weather and water, the arthritis in my hands kicks in and my hands get stiff. I get more backlashes because my thumb is not very cooperative and then to try and pick them out when your hand is stiff is a chore.
Of course, if the weather to were to stay like it was yesterday, that won't be a problem! Felt like early September out on the lake yesterday. Noticed a pair of loons working the lake, when they are normally gone by now. |
