Making 5-6" jerkbaits and am looking for bulk trebles to purchase. I like the short shank versions and looking at 2/0 or 3/0 heavies. Any recommendations that you guys have is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Mustad 3565BR

3551's are good hooks but are not short shank.

mustad 35656BR is what i use. i don't believe the 3551 come in short shank but i could be wrong. allot of manufactures use the 35656BR. they are 2x strong and seem just right for that size jerk. not too heavy and not too light. MTO has them if you need a place to start.

2/0 or 3/0. I have been leading toward 2/0. Not sure the difference of size 2/0 in different manufacturers.

Do you have a photo of the jerkbait. 3/0 have more beef to them then the 2/0. I really like the 2/0. But that's just me

Go 3/0 or 4/0. I make a 5" glider, mostly use the 4/0 3551's but will switch out to 3/0 3551's if i want more hang time. How thick are your baits, 3/4"?
