| The Wisconsin Muskie Tour's Madison tournament looked promising on Saturday the 17th with cloudy skys light winds. For the weekend, muskies would be frequently spotted by the tournament anglers, however the resident muskie would prove to be unwilling takers.
The Madison tournament paid down 10 places:
1st place- Doug Behm and James Martin
2nd place- Ivan Stross and Mark Gonet
3rd place- Jim Komar and Tom Wilson
4th place- Mike Etzel and Paul Parise
5th place- Todd and Hunter Dunn
6th place- Bill Rumppe and Kevin Aarstad
7th place- Les Schulz and Tom Webb
8th place- Troy Schoonover and Dan Hefty
9th place- Andy Goepfert and Paul Thompson
10th place- David Nelson and Jim Kraak
