Location: Orland Park | Last year for the opener, there were no leaves on the trees. We're heading to St. Germain for the weekend, hopefully to see green trees. Are they green yet? |

| No leaves on the trees yet, Be careful fishing as the ice is beginning to get soft and people are falling through. |

Location: Pelican Lake/Three Lakes Chain | Ranger, not sure where you have been fishing but I still need my auger extension where I've been. I would look for the muskie to be out off the first drop coming off any old weedbeds probably over mud. I would suggest large golden shiners rigged on a tip-up. |

Last year was brutal. It reminded me of fishing in the fall. The reason I ask is because my baby boy (8 months) is going on his first fishing trip, and I want everything to be as perfect as possible.....green trees and green grass will look great for all the pictures I plan on taking. |

Location: Tomahawk, Wisconsin | Water temps will be in the 50s as we are expecting frost tonite, and no real significant warm up upper 60s for highs. |
