Nope, Nope and Nope.
I did find a replacement Pikie Minnow at the Vilas County Flea Market a couple of years back, so I bought it and it's in the Taxidermy mount's mouth over the fireplace...

No, no, and no! My brother, who I blame for this addiction let me use an old 5 foot fiberglass pool cue, a Zebco 808, and he still has the vintage Pikie Minnow that I caught it on. It was the biggest fish I had ever caught, 30 inches of pure excitement! That was about 40 years ago!

Of coarse legal musky means something different everywhere, I have only caught one legal musky in Illinois, right at the limit, 48". Legal musky can be 28-54 to catch and release only so if you only fish lac sule you can't even post to this thread.

First one was close to 15 years ago around 34”. I was crappie fishing and it exploded in about 2’ of water. Rod was a 6’ ML fenwick goldenwing, reel was and abu garcia cardinal pro t500f. Still have that combo and still use it regularly. Don’t remember the exact lure, think it was a northland gyspsy jig.
