I have been told nothing but good things about ST Croix customer service so hope a new one shows up quick!! Any one sent one in to get replaced and how long did it take. Thanks Fish are going strong need to get back out there.

Where are you located? Usually pretty quick service but might not happen over night unless you're near park falls WI. If you're in the twin cities I'll let you borrow a big nasty if I can get in on that hot bite!

Location: Land of the Musky
St Croix has the best CS in the industry! Probably the rare instance where you got a few rods with true manufacturing defect in them... Just an FYI for you too....I have some customers that have broken multiple rods in the past and what I found was they are the "snap" casters. In other words, every cast is a home run! Most rods can take some abuse but when casting big musky lures you do want to let the rod do most of the work and if you load it up too fast you can break it. You will also find that if you let the rod load up the way it needs to naturally you will cast your lure further with more accuracy.

They are great, I had a problem with the cork coming loose on a Sling blade. I was near park Falls so I stopped in and they replaced it on the spot at no cost, no questions asked and didnt even ask for a receipt. Also offered to upgrade me to a Elite for 200 bucks. Im sure shipping will be he longest part if you cant go there in person.

Called them today and the rod is on the way, no questions asked. Rod broke as I was working the bait back to the boat, and it was a loud crack!! and a clean snap. James I have your rods as well, broke one and you made sure I was very well and quickly taken care of. Thanks
