I believe it's a one of kind Musky Snax by Mike Bromelow. I haven't seen another one like it.
Weights 10.6oz and is 11.5" long x 1" thick.
I think it's resin but has a lot of clear coat /etex over it to preserve the awesome paint work and glass eyes.
Sinks at a good rate and huge side to side glide
Any idea on age and value?

Agree, looks like a wood musky snax. I have 3 of them. Another is at the bottom of Mud Bay on Pelican Lake.
